Congrats, senior chief! Navy releases active-duty E-8 list

The Navy released the list of all active-duty sailors selected for senior chief in the fiscal 2017 board Thursday.

Senior chief typically has the lowest advancement rate of all the enlisted paygrades. Eligible chiefs' chances ticked up for this board.
